A new issue has popped up at work. Users have started getting a message when opening any program from Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 stating that the copy of Microsoft Office is not activated.' We are using Office Professional Plus 2010.
I have been working at this job for just over a year without any issue popping up about Microsoft Office not being activated. I am able to reactivate Office using the command line with our volume license key from Microsoft. Worked with MS Office with volume license keys at my past job (worked there for 14 years) and never had this message pop up.
Any thoughts on what's causing this and how to solve it other than having to run around to computers and reactivate Office via command line? Jhanigan - I don't think there is a KMS server. The IT guy that I replaced was not here when I started and there is no documentation of a KMS server existing (I haven;t come across one while auditing our infrastructure).
